Lemonies

Lemonies is something like brownies but instead of the brown thing  u  add lemons, and top everything with melted chocolate  chocolate. 

What the fuck do u need?

obviously lemons  - two big ones would do the trick 

1 1/3 cups white sugar

1 1/3 cups flour

1 cup butter(2 sticks, 250 grams )

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder 

 a little bit salt - i actually forgot the salt this time

greased baking paper  

 1 Chocolate  or a few Bakers squares

How to do it 

First prepare the lemons  - squash the juice in a cup , then  using a shredder   ( also known as that thing for cutting vegetables)  peel the lemons  in a separate plate.Carefully  - u need just the yellow stuff. set them aside

Mix all the dry stuff - flour, sugar,baking powder, cinnamon etc. 

 In other bowl melt the butter add to it - eggs , vanila and beat well with the mixer . Add the lemon juice , beat well one more time

  Now add all the wet shit to the dry stuff  and add the lemons shredded peels at last. mix it with a fork and then with the mixer. At this point u may need to add a little bit more sugar and flour, depends on how  the batter tastes.

Transfer  that yellow shit  to 9 by 13 inches baking pan (if happen to live in a country that uses centimeters , use a ruler and Google to determine the proper baking pan). Now something  very important  - before pouring  cover the pan with greased baking paper  - that would save u a lot of troubles. 

Preheat oven  at 350F/180C , and bake for about 25-35 minutes.

when it is done it is time for the chocolate. Best to use Bakers squares , but if u happen to live in an country that they don't really sell baking chocolate u can use a bar of plain chocolate.When the chocolate is  melted add a little bit of oil , stir and spread over the ready yellow shit. Then let the whole thing to cool down outside. If u happen to live in an area with a lot of wild animals around , watch out for  hungry raccoons. If u happen to live in on the first floor in some fucked up Eastern  European country , watch out for hungry gypsies who may try to steal it from the balcony. 

 At the end after everything is cooled and chilled out u can slice your lemonies on squares,triangles, circles or  other 3D shapes  - depends on the mouth  that u  have. 

I guess this is it. Mine lemonies end up quite gourmet and tasty. Next time will try them with oranges .
