Tortilla Chips

If Oreo is milk's best friend  i guess Tortilla  Chips are beer best  buddies :)

What do u need?

 Obviously  some  tortillas [recipe]

I added  a few spices to the original  recipe  - black pepper, red pepper , savory, salt etc.

lime  juice

tomato sauce 

olive oil

How to do it?

cut the  tortillas on triangles 

lay them down in a baking pan (single layer)

coat  with a mixture of the lime juice and olive oil

sprinkle same  salt on  the top

bake at 200 C for  about 5-10 minutes  or until  crispy 

For the salsa

 mix tomato sauce with little bit of lime juice and olive oil (on taste)

add  the secret ultra mega spicy ingredient 

Chill out  some beer ,  burn a joint and enjoy the movie
